Wedding Plans: The men of the wedding need to be appropiately dressed! Shall you plan for them to rent or buy? At Ducky's you can do either, and choose tuxedo or suit as well.
Some general guidelines we suggest:
1. Will the men of the wedding get several uses of a purchased garment, especially of one that duplicates the look of all their friends? Generally speaking, we find that they need to think they will use the garment 3-5 times per year, to make the expenses worthwhile.
2. Will the colors be the colors they want to wear again? Remember, you can get other acessories, but each addition will add to the general overall expense. Don't forget that there is also the expense of maintanence. (cleaning, pressing, etc.)
3. The expense of ownership can make perfect sense, just be sure everyone is onboard with it! Our
retail tuxedo and suit purchase prices are very competive with our competition, especially when you are dressing a wedding group. Come in and inquire after getting others' prices. We do our best to insure that you will get the very best deal around!
4. Rental makes the most sense if these criteria don't all match what you need. Rental was created to avoid all the pitfalls of having your own formal garments. There is no need to always like the same style or color, or even to stay the same size! There is no extra charge for alterations, cleaning, or last-minute adjustments due to size changes. And the bride and groom can be assured that everyone will look their best, with no surprizes showing up in their wedding album!
